Mushroom Workshop with Amy Cook and Marie Maccagno presented by the A.V. Fibre Guild and hosted at qʷicčiƛma
November 8-9, 2026

Seeing as how there is a natural affinity to the mushroom foraging and dye workshop organized by the Alberni Valley Fibre Guild, C.R.A.F.T. was able to offer to host the dye portion of the workshop at qʷicčiƛma on November 8 and 9, 2025. This invited people to the Reserve, and, we were able to process some of the spent dye baths into pigments later on. It was a test for us to see how workshops might work at the studio in the future. It was also great fun and infused the studio with a flurry of exploration and making.
